Pula is a small town but still sees its share of tourists because of its stunning beaches and its prime location on the southwest coast of Istria.
There are all different varieties of accommodation, from three- and four-star hotels to guesthouses and hostels.
Some hotels such as Hotel Holiday, Hotel Palma and Hotel Belvedere have excellent facilities including swimming pools and many hotels in Pula have fantastic views looking out over the port.
These hotels are seasonal, as are the rates, and some even close for the winter season when the weather is miserable and rainy. Although many people pass through Pula en-route to the islands off-shore, Pula itself is pleasant enough for one or several nights stay.
